Who we are

Molly's Food Enterprise (Pty) Ltd ("Molly's", "we") is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Contact our Information Officer at info@mollysfoodenterprise.co.za or 067 889 4090.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, cellphone number, email address, delivery address or PAXI point, the products you order and any notes you add.
• Trade enquiries: your name, business name and type, town, phone number, email address and message.
• Technical: your IP address (to prevent spam and fraud) and a session cookie needed for the checkout to work. Your cart is kept in your own browser's storage.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We never see or store your card details — online payments are handled entirely by PayFast.

Why we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, send your invoice and order updates, answer your enquiry, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and protect the website against abuse. We will only send you marketing if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our courier or PAXI (name, phone, delivery address), PayFast (if you pay online), and our web hosting and email providers. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes (generally five years), and trade enquiries for up to two years, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@mollysfoodenterprise.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Security

This website uses HTTPS encryption. Order records are stored on our server in a location that cannot be reached from the web, and access is limited to Molly's staff who process orders.
