Delivery, payment and returns for online orders

Prices & orders
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is received. If a product is unavailable we will contact you and refund any amount paid for it.
Payment
After you place an order we send you an invoice with payment details. Orders are dispatched once payment has been received. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 5 working days.
Delivery

Our online shop is coming soon. Delivery fees and these terms apply once online ordering opens.
Delivery times are counted in working days from payment and are estimates provided by our delivery partners. We deliver within South Africa only.
Returns & refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you, including the delivery cost.
You may also cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it and return unopened products in their original packaging. We will refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the return; the cost of returning the goods is for your account. For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened sachets unless they are defective.
These terms do not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Please read the ingredients and nutritional information on the pack before use, especially if you have allergies or specific dietary needs. Product images are for illustration; packaging may change.
